TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZAF 25 and ZAFZ 25 is produced by melting alumina and zirconia in an electrical arc furnace followed by rapid cooling of the molten product. TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZAFZ 25 grits are special processed to achieve very compact and blocky grain shapes. Due to this special processing TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZAFZ 25 grits achieve a high lifetime especially under extreme steel-grinding conditions.

用途:

The extreme high toughness of the material makes it suitable for all types of "high and extreme high pressure and hot cutting" steel grinding operations. Main applications are:

  • hot-pressed wheels for conditioning steel billets and slabs
  • hot cutting operations during the casting of steel bars
  • large diameter cut off wheels
  • high pressure rough grinding operations
  • rail grinding operations (high force)

TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZAF 25 and ZAFZ 25 are also used for blasting media and in refractories to increase the mechanical strength due to the formation of subcritical micro cracks.

可供粒度:

TREIBACHER ALODURR ZAF 25 is produced in grits 4 to 46 and ZAFZ 25 in grits 4 to 36, sized in accordance with modified FEPA/ISO and ANSI sieve standards.

TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZK 40 and ZZK 40, Eutectic Alumina Zirconia, is produced by melting alumina, zirconia and other additives in an electric arc furnace followed by rapid cooling of the molten product. The product is characterised by a microcrystalline and homogeneous crystal structure. This microcrystalline structure and the high content of tetragonal stabilized zirconia (t-ZrO2) create a very effective self-sharpening behaviour of the abrasive grains. TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZZK 40 is a modification of the eutectic alumina zirconia ZK 40 with compact and blocky grain shapes, manufactured by specific mechanical treatments.

用途:

TREIBACHER ALODURR ZK 40 combines high toughness with excellent self sharpening properties and is therefore one of the best performing grain types available. Main applications are:

  • cutting stainless steel and high alloyed steel types
  • high pressure rough grinding and snagging
  • snagging of alloyed steel castings
  • rail grinding
  • large diameter cut off wheels

TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZZK 40 is used for heavy duty cutting and snagging operations in resin bonded abrasives. It is characterised by a significantly extended life time and continued good cutting abilities.

可供粒度:

TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZK 40 is available in grits 12 to 220, sized in accordance with the current FEPA / ISO and ANSI sieve standards. TREIBACHER ALODUR® ZZK 40 is available in grits 10 to 60.
